There’s already a few games that have popped up during the first few E3 press conferences that I think are a perfect fit for the Rift, but apparently they aren’t going to be available for it, which is a huge shame:
Lucky’s Tale was a launch exclusive for the Rift, and it’s still given away for free when you purchase a Rift now, so it seems crazy to me that this wasn’t actually announced for the Rift (more so than any other system). 😮
And I know Doom VFR, Fallout 4 VR and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR are owned by Bethesda’s parent company, Zenimax–Zenimax is currently involved in an ongoing legal battle with Oculus over various VR patents and the like–but still, these games just make all kinds of sense to be on the Rift:
Seriously, Oculus needs to figure out a way to get all these games on the Rift asap.
Also, a couple of other games from the Microsoft press conference just look like they would be a perfect fit for VR with their clean, bold, and often simple polygonal and geometric visual design:
Basically, I wanna see more games available for all the main VR headsets–it is the future of gaming and entertainment after all.
